Recruitment and People Operations Executive
Get LicensedRecruitment and People Operations Executive overseeing instructor recruitment within a hybrid working environment. Ensuring compliance and coordinating onboarding processes with the Operations team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for instructors and trainers
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding and inductions
- Ensure instructor files, certifications and licences are up to date
- Track expiry dates for qualifications and compliance documents
- Support training, refresher courses and instructor communications
- Maintain recruitment and compliance records accurately
- Work closely with Operations and Training team on staffing requirements
- Assist with general HR and people operations tasks where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, onboarding or people operations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience using spreadsheets and digital systems
- Experience within training, education or compliance environments is a bonus
