About the role
- Own the social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X
- Develop platform-specific content strategies
- Produce 20–40 pieces of content per month
- Film and edit short-form video with captions and trending audio
- Build and manage an engaged online community
- Track and report on performance
- Run experiments to improve results
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience managing social media channels for a brand
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X
- Video editing skills—proficient in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
- Experience planning content calendars and executing multi-platform social strategies
- Comfortable on camera and confident presenting, narrating, or featuring in content
- Confident talking to people
- Data-literate: you understand engagement rates
- Strong copywriting skills
