About the role

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows that address internal company pain points
  • Implement and integrate APIs for efficient and secure data access and exchange
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code across multiple languages and frameworks
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions
  • Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Loveable, and other AI platforms to build innovative features
  • Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability while troubleshooting technical issues
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Heroku, and other cloud platforms using modern CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in AI engineering or software development
  • Strong expertise in AI prompting and AI engineering workflows
  • Proficiency in: Python, React, Node.js, Express.js, Ruby on Rails
  • Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Heroku, GitHub CI/CD
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Loveable
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
  • Must be able to work onsite in Calabasas, CA
