About the role

  • Lead, steer and coordinate IT projects across the hospital network — from project planning through implementation to successful completion
  • Analyze, document and further develop existing clinical and administrative processes
  • Structured process modeling as well as deriving and implementing practical, solution-oriented concepts
  • Close collaboration within interdisciplinary teams from medicine, nursing, administration and IT
  • Ensure quality, schedules and resources throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Some professional experience in project and process management, ideally in healthcare or an IT-related environment
  • Ability to quickly understand process workflows and to analyze, model and further develop them collaboratively with staff
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse professional groups
