• Manage contract receivables by proactively contacting clients to negotiate and resolve outstanding financial issues;
• Operate financial management tools (ERP CIGAM, banking platforms, invoice issuers, among others);
• Draft administrative and financial communications clearly and professionally (emails, official letters, messages, etc.);
• Analyze spreadsheets and financial indicators, proposing process improvements and automations;
• Monitor deadlines, payment statuses, and follow up with the relevant departments;
• Act proactively and analytically, contributing to the continuous improvement of collections processes.
