About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of 10 to 15 administrative staff
- Oversee administrative activities related to retirement applications and career tracking
- Lead, organize and monitor team activities
- Participate in kick-off meetings for new projects
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and analyze variances by project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years' experience in team management
- Proficiency with office tools, Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Clear and instructional communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset
