Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of IT and office equipment (hardware, software, networks)
Ensuring availability of physical and logical resources required for the operation of IT and telecom systems
Monitoring the operation of systems and networks according to operational and security standards and procedures
Managing IT administrative tasks
Advising, training, and supporting internal clients (Gestform employees)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in IT specializing in systems and networks (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5)
Proven experience (at least 2 years) managing an IT equipment fleet
Experience in an industrial environment desired
Experience using GLPI
Proficiency with Windows 11 and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat)
Knowledge of IP/DHCP/DNS protocols and FSMO roles (Active Directory)
Active Directory user and permissions management
Deployment using PDQ
Adherence to ANSSI IT security hygiene guidelines
Restricting experience to Level 1 support only is not sufficient for this role
Solid systems and networks experience required
