About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead plant quality initiatives and standards
- Resolve product issues and drive change
- Represent the quality function in manufacturing issues
- Manage, audit, and continuously improve TS16949 systems and procedures
- Act as contact for customer and supplier quality issues
- Maintain quality documents and data tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
- 10 years automotive manufacturing/engineering experience
- 3–5 years managing plant quality teams
- ASQ, CQE, CQM certifications
- Knowledge in stamping, welding, and paint environments preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
