About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct, implement and supervise the management of the projects.
Manage the relationship and negotiation with the Client.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and minimize risks.
Coordinate internal resources for project execution.
Inform the Client of the progress and assist him in his visits to the Plant.
Ensure and coordinate the deliveries of dies and Try Out dates.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineer’s Degree – Engineer Diploma (DI) + Master’s Degree in Industrial Mgmt. or Project Mgmt.
Minimum 15 years of Professional experience in International Project Management
Minimum 3-year experience leading International Projects in Stamping Industry
Communication proficiency
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification will be considered
Computer literate (MS OFFICE: EXCEL, PPT, WORD, Project, etc.)
Internal Process: TCP CAD/CAM visualization (CATIA V5 and NX)
Knowledge of Stamping and Assembly Process (Cold Stamping)
PFMEA and DFMEA knowledge
Financial Analysis / Investments / Profitability skills
Logistics skills
Negotiation skills
