General

• Provide front-line support to career center customers seeking employment, training, and workforce services.
• Assist individuals with job search activities, Unemployment Insurance (UI) work registration/RESEA and compliance requirements, career exploration, and access to workforce system programs and community resources.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centered service in the Resource Room and virtual settings.
• Work collaboratively with internal staff and partners to ensure customers are connected to career pathway opportunities and appropriate referrals.
