About the role

  • New Client Prospecting: Conduct active prospecting via WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media, identifying opportunities within companies that match the target profile.
  • Consultative Sales: Present and demonstrate our technology solutions, prepare customized commercial proposals, and lead negotiations through to closing.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Analyze the client base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, offering complementary Gescon solutions.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management: Log interactions and keep the sales funnel updated daily, following cadence and follow-up timelines.
  • Relationship and Post‑Sales: Ensure effective onboarding and gather feedback to anticipate needs and reduce churn risk.
  • Vendor/Partner Integration: Participate in trainings and stay up to date on products, features and campaigns.
  • Targets and Metrics: Work focused on established sales targets and KPIs to ensure high performance.
