About the role

  • Active management and expansion of the existing customer base in your sales region (Central / South)
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers in the on‑trade channel
  • Management and coordination of sales agencies operating in your region, with responsibility for achieving targets
  • Accompany export managers from our Italian partners on strategically important customer visits
  • Close coordination and joint visit planning with headquarters

Requirements

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally in wine, fine foods, or premium FMCG
  • Strong affinity for Italian food and wine culture
  • Experience working with external sales partners (e.g., agencies)
  • Independent, structured and target‑oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a confident customer presence
  • Good command of English (required for working with export managers and international partners)
  • Knowledge of Italian is a clear advantage
  • Willingness to travel within your region
