Azure Cloud Specialist – Customer Success Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and configure Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services
- Work with customers to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Maintain and improve technical documentation (installation guides, etc.)
- Continuously improve deployment automation and cloud architecture
- Provide technical support to customers as needed (remote)
- Closely collaborate with the internal development team on technical challenges
- Optimize deployments, performance, and architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure / M365)
- At least 1 year of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a DevOps role
- Good knowledge of the Azure platform, the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and relevant services (M365/Exchange Online, Teams, EntraID, Azure DevOps)
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in technical customer support
- Excellent communication skills
