About the role

  • Support the CFO in day-to-day operational activities
  • Prepare, compile and follow up on preparatory payroll processing, reports and presentations
  • Prepare and organize meetings, decisions and projects
  • Independently handle administrative tasks within the finance function
  • Closely coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, etc.)

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in an analytical or administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Business-fluent English
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools is a plus
  • Agile, reliable, and quick to think and act
  • Enjoy working with structure, organization and numbers
  • Discreet, professional demeanor and confident communication
