About the role
- Support the CFO in day-to-day operational activities
- Prepare, compile and follow up on preparatory payroll processing, reports and presentations
- Prepare and organize meetings, decisions and projects
- Independently handle administrative tasks within the finance function
- Closely coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in an analytical or administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Business-fluent English
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Agile, reliable, and quick to think and act
- Enjoy working with structure, organization and numbers
- Discreet, professional demeanor and confident communication
