About the role

Take over preparatory accounting and provide support for payroll accounting
Work closely with external tax advisors
Ensure transparent, clean, and efficient financial processes
Support controlling activities (reporting, analyses, KPIs)
Analyze financial and company data to support decision-making
Work with databases and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL or other BI tools)
Support with contractual and legal matters
Maintain, structure, and manage contract and company documents
Act as an interface to external legal advisors
Support operational special projects and growth initiatives

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
Initial practical experience in accounting or finance (preparatory or operational)
Basic knowledge of controlling and a strong affinity for numbers
High data and analytical proficiency, excellent Excel skills; ideally first experience with databases, SQL or BI tools
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Interest in legal matters and company-wide processes
Very good German language skills and good English skills
