About the role

  • We are looking for a structured, numbers-oriented individual who enjoys overseeing finance, accounting, and operations topics holistically.
  • In this role you will work closely with our CFO and the company-wide team, ensure robust financial foundations, and actively support the development of scalable processes and structures for further growth.
  • Take on preparatory bookkeeping and support payroll accounting.
  • Close collaboration with external tax advisors.
  • Ensure transparent, accurate, and efficient financial processes.
  • Support controlling activities (reporting, analyses, KPIs).
  • Analyze financial and business data to inform decision-making.
  • Work with databases and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other BI tools).
  • Support contractual and legal queries.
  • Maintain, structure, and manage contract and corporate documents.
  • Serve as the interface to external legal advisors.
  • Support operational special projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in accounting or finance (preparatory or operational).
  • Basic controlling knowledge and a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, very good Excel skills; ideally first exposure to databases, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
  • Interest in legal matters and company-wide processes.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills.
