About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for the financial management and further development of an internationally operating business unit
Close partnership with the Business Unit CEO as a strategic sparring partner
Active contribution to strategy and business development
Management of investments and growth initiatives
Leadership of all M&A activities, including valuation, transaction management and integration
Responsibility for financial control, KPI systems and transparent performance analysis
Ensuring meaningful reporting to management and the Group
Overall responsibility for liquidity management and cash-flow management
Ensuring compliance, governance and internal control systems
Leadership, development and transformation of the finance organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent qualification
More than 10 years of professional experience in senior finance roles, ideally in an international environment
Leadership and management competence
Proven experience leading complex, internationally oriented organizational units
Strong strategic capability and experience in developing and implementing business strategies
High ability to manage complex interfaces and global structures
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Strong analytical skills and decisiveness, even under uncertainty
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at an international level
Experience working with demanding stakeholders and in intercultural contexts
