About the role
- Independent work in the prioritized sales channels of food retail and beverage specialty stores in the Essen area
- Implementation of sales-aligned measures such as the introduction of new products
- Support in the qualitative development and expansion of distribution
- Implementation and maintenance of listings and secondary placements
- Responsibility for primary, secondary and special placements as well as POS promotions
- Preparation of meaningful reports on distribution, placement and pricing
- Development of a strong, quality-focused customer network
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in sales, sales promotion or food retail
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoyment in working with people; engaging personality, empathy, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- Strong social skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
