About the role

  • Independent work in the prioritized sales channels of food retail and beverage specialty stores in the Essen area
  • Implementation of sales-aligned measures such as the introduction of new products
  • Support in the qualitative development and expansion of distribution
  • Implementation and maintenance of listings and secondary placements
  • Responsibility for primary, secondary and special placements as well as POS promotions
  • Preparation of meaningful reports on distribution, placement and pricing
  • Development of a strong, quality-focused customer network

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in sales, sales promotion or food retail
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoyment in working with people; engaging personality, empathy, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
  • Strong social skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured way of working
