About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You actively shape digital production planning for our clients.
  • As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility from requirements analysis to go-live — technically sound, structured and solution-oriented.
  • Capture, analyze and document technical customer requirements in the context of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS).
  • Develop solution concepts and specifications for implementation in our software.
  • Coordinate with internal development and independently carry out minor adjustments within the tool.
  • Testing, commissioning and customer training, as well as technical support during go-live.
  • Close collaboration within the internal consulting team and with development units — proactive communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in technical consulting and implementation of APS systems or comparable planning software
  • Solid practical experience in requirements analysis and project implementation with development teams
  • Good understanding of production and logistics processes — ideally in the context of the Digital Factory
  • Structured way of working, strong analytical skills and solution orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner with customers and internally
  • German fluent (negotiation level, C1+)
  • Good command of English (at least B2)
  • Technical advantage (not required): basic knowledge of a programming or configuration language (e.g., Python, JavaScript or similar)
  • Database knowledge
  • Experience with SAP ERP or other ERP systems
