Key responsibilities & impact

Responding to customer inquiries
Preparing detailed quotes for dance flooring systems
Developing and managing customer relationships to help drive revenue growth
Focus on inbound sales activities and proactive follow-up
Convert opportunities through consultative support
Act as a subject matter expert on dance flooring systems
Recommend customized product solutions
Process orders efficiently using sales inventory management software
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics
Maintain clear communication with management
Collaborate with marketing for product enhancements
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
Three years of proven inside sales or consultative sales experience
Strong customer engagement skills with a consultative sales approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong computer experience
ERP and CRM experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product information clearly and persuasively
Strong problem solving, analytical and math skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Interest or experience in the dance, performing arts, or theater community, a plus
