About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing repair estimates
Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis
Perform wiring repairs
Advise shops of needed repairs
Maintain inventory, communicate orders to support staff, and verify receipts
Write, print, and email service invoices
Collect signatures or payment for work performed
Deliver completed invoices and payments to the office
Maintain shop equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and advise management of repairs
Keep Google Drive up to date
Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule and complete jobs
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of OE scan tools
Ability to learn new tools as needed
Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
Ability to service A/C systems
Diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
Basic computer knowledge, including email, spreadsheets, and messaging systems
Willingness and ability to update job knowledge through educational opportunities and technical publications
High school degree or GED equivalent required
4+ years of relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm
Eligible for overtime
