About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Collision Center
  • Plan and implement daily operations to ensure KPIs and insurance metrics are met
  • Coach and empower team members’ performance and success
  • Promote and maintain high professionalism and quality standards in customer service
  • Ensure consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan
  • Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets
  • Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives
  • Conduct annual and monthly performance reviews
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain a clean and organized repair facility
  • Monitor maintenance of shop equipment, including the paint booth
  • Provide staff training and ensure safety gear and dress-code compliance
  • Open and close the facility daily according to established procedures
  • Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings and walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates
  • Manage estimates, store capacity, and repair facility personnel
  • Review store CSI performance and follow up within 24 hours
  • Attend managers’ meetings, training, information sessions, workshops, and monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands required to perform the essential job functions
