Plan and implement the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met.
Coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles.
Promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers.
Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
Requirements
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
