About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately process bi-weekly payroll using ADP, including team member data changes, deductions, and timekeeping review.
  • Assist the Recruiting Manager with the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation.
  • Assist team members with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions.
  • Maintain team member records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Respond to team members inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update team members information in ADP and other HR systems.
  • Generate regular reports related to headcount, payroll, and compliance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of HR experience with direct responsibility for processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
