About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform onboarding/hiring, employee movements (transfers/changes) and terminations/offboarding processes
- Manage and follow up on homologation procedures (termination settlements)
- Manage timekeeping and employee attendance, update the system, reconcile records, apply adjustments, request corrections and generate reports
- Ensure proper organization and filing of employee documents, maintaining the security and confidentiality of information
- Provide employee support, answering questions and offering assistance on personnel-related matters
- Monitor and manage employee vacation schedules, ensuring organization and compliance with deadlines
- Manage and control ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates / medical examinations)
- Prepare and verify information for payroll
- Procure, administer and control benefits, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Perform registrations and updates in internal systems and with external accounting
- Track deadlines and handle administrative requests for the department
- Assist with HR-related tasks
- Stay up to date with labor and social security legislation to ensure compliance of personnel practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
- Good understanding of labor legislation and personnel-related obligations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage personnel routines with organization, responsibility for deadlines, autonomy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ease in providing employee support
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information, maintaining ethics and discretion
- Proactive, organized and problem-solving oriented profile
- Experience with the Sólides HR system is considered a plus
