Manage 3rd party integration partners, OEM partners, and platform partners to support and expand revenue-generating relationships
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans tailored to each partner aligned with Geotab's business objectives
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments and distribution channels
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities and recommend improved integrations and business opportunities
Develop annual Business Plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews with stakeholders
Own and nurture relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations and act as internal champion with resellers
Create measurable target metrics and sales goals related to assigned partners and master internal processes to help partners navigate Geotab systems
Work with internal teams to manage overarching partner relationships and develop training and marketing materials targeting PAMs, resellers and customers
Support Geotab global strategic initiatives
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued
Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted
Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner ecosystems, fleet/telematics trends, and competitor landscape
Skilled in positioning products, tailoring value propositions, and applying sales/marketing strategies
Ability to anticipate market shifts, analyze root causes, and deliver practical solutions aligned with business goals
Ability to build trusted partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively through presentations, negotiations, and training
Ability to manage initiatives, resources, and timelines efficiently
Proven ability to persuade, shape direction, and align stakeholders on strategy
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify)
