About the role

  • Manage 3rd party integration partners, OEM partners, and platform partners to support and expand revenue-generating relationships
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans tailored to each partner aligned with Geotab's business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments and distribution channels
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities and recommend improved integrations and business opportunities
  • Develop annual Business Plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews with stakeholders
  • Own and nurture relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations and act as internal champion with resellers
  • Create measurable target metrics and sales goals related to assigned partners and master internal processes to help partners navigate Geotab systems
  • Work with internal teams to manage overarching partner relationships and develop training and marketing materials targeting PAMs, resellers and customers
  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner ecosystems, fleet/telematics trends, and competitor landscape
  • Skilled in positioning products, tailoring value propositions, and applying sales/marketing strategies
  • Ability to anticipate market shifts, analyze root causes, and deliver practical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively through presentations, negotiations, and training
  • Ability to manage initiatives, resources, and timelines efficiently
  • Proven ability to persuade, shape direction, and align stakeholders on strategy
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify)
