About the role
- Process and assist front line team members with payroll allocation requests, domestic and international wires, and other requests as needed.
- Perform exception item research and SEG posting.
- Process ACH origination, share draft, and receiving files.
- Assist in gathering data, examples, and transactions for audits.
- Completes special projects, reports as assigned and participates in project meetings as requested.
- Stays informed of electronic processing policies and procedures.
- Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and core values.
Requirements
- High School or better.
- 1-3 years of similar or related work experience.
- Strong analytical and research skills to present practical solutions.
- Knowledge of electronic payments, including current electronic processing policies and procedures.
- General computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
