Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 10 years of experience in hardware quality engineering in industries where quality is critical
Experience in highly regulated sectors (medical, defense, aerospace) with demonstrated strong quality discipline
Proficiency with CE standards and proven ability to manage product certification processes without surprises
Experience auditing and working with manufacturing suppliers, ideally including China, and comfortable traveling there
Ability to combine rigor with diplomacy: you can engage hardware teams and get their buy-in without acting as the "quality police"
Patient and tenacious: you understand that quality is a long-term effort and remain committed under short-term pressure
