Key responsibilities & impact

Own the finance function end to end
Shape Vizzia's financial trajectory: capital structure, financing levers, and value-creation path
Run scenarios to inform leadership decisions
Manage financing and capital levers, including client contract structures
Build the financial systems and lead the finance team
Produce monthly reporting and establish reporting foundations
Lead Vizzia's fundraising strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep, hands-on financial expertise
Proven experience building reporting, modeling, and month-end close processes
Experience in businesses with genuinely complex flows: working capital, inventory, purchasing
Track record in a scale-up hyper-growth environment
Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
Experience preparing and running a fundraising process: advising on amount, partners, and negotiations
Clear executive-level communication skills
