Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 6 years of experience, including a first BizOps role in a startup at scale stage — or an adjacent role where you've owned process redesign and tooling.
You have shipped at least one project that put a Large Language Model (Claude, Dust, or equivalent) into the hands of a business team. This is non-negotiable.
You're comfortable with workflow automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Make. Familiarity with Git, Python, or SQL is a strong plus.
You don't take a process at face value: you question it, redesign it when needed, and bring people along with you.
You move from observation to shipping quickly, without skipping the depth of understanding that makes a project actually stick.
