About the role
- Lead and refine the cross-functional Waste sales strategy
- Drive commercial performance and secure ARR
- Manage and grow the Waste Sales organization
- Build and structure processes and the sales engine
- Prepare the company for scale-up in 2027
Requirements
- Proven ability to design, structure and scale a B2B or B2G SaaS sales organization achieving triple-digit year-over-year growth (processes, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline)
- Demonstrated sales management experience: leading middle managers, structuring teams, driving collective upskilling, with teams of at least 10 people
- Native French speaker with professional working proficiency in English
