About the role

Requirements
- 4–5 years minimum experience in acquisition, growth, or demand generation
- B2B experience required — you understand long sales cycles, complex sales processes, and multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience building programs from scratch, not just optimizing existing setups
- Bonus: experience in SaaS or selling to public sector / government
- Paid Acquisition — Able to design, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other channels; you have hypotheses but validate them with data
- Marketing Automation — Proficient with HubSpot (or equivalent); able to build workflows, scoring models, and nurturing sequences
- Copywriting — Able to write messages that convert, not just sound good
- ABM & Outbound — Familiar with tools like Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Phantombuster, etc., and able to orchestrate targeted campaigns
- Analytics — Data-driven at heart; you make decisions based on metrics, not intuition
