About the role
- Structure and drive AI product requirements across the entire development lifecycle.
- Write clear, non-technical AI product specifications (performance objectives, field constraints, safety).
- Define and track AI product objectives and metrics.
- Build and maintain a product vision applied to complex AI systems.
- Facilitate AI agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Structure development cycles and implement ticketing standards.
- Monitor and manage AI bugs and incidents in production.
- Synchronize AI, Product, Ops, CS, and SaaS teams around priorities.
- Provide AI product visibility to the Head of Product and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time) in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Comfortable with technical topics and curious to learn about AI.
- Ability to structure work, prioritize, and document.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Strong sense of ownership and a desire to progress quickly.
- Comfortable working on-site and collaboratively in a team.
