About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help implement community-based, mixed methods evaluation protocols
Conduct ongoing data collection, entry, and management
Generate reports
Perform literature searches and synthesize findings
Maintain project databases
Conduct qualitative data collection, coding, and analysis
Aid in creating scientific presentations
Disburse participant incentives
Support the PI and Co-I in data analysis and report generation
Convene meetings with internal and external project team members
Perform related research, evaluation, office, and administrative assignments
Interface with project faculty, administrative and student staff, and community-based project partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience
Master’s degree preferred
Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and software, such as Excel and Atlas.ti
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong research skills
Ability to maintain a research and evaluation library and catalogue of resources
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of library and web-related research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Familiarity with database management and data visualization
Ability to travel within the Washington, DC area to complete program activities
