About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute recruitment, events, and admissions plans for the GRA program
- Manage GRA recruiting outreach, lead and applicant journeys, inquiries, and follow-up procedures
- Keep printed and online marketing content accurate and up to date
- Create email communication strategies and write/send emails through the marketing automation platform
- Review and analyze applications and communicate with candidates and the Admissions Committee
- Plan on-campus, off-campus, and online recruiting events
- Travel domestically and internationally to represent MSB at recruiting fairs
- Liaise with Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Services, and other University units
- Assist the Associate Dean with recruitment forecasting data collection
- Develop and implement automation strategies with the internal data analytics team
- Supervise two student ambassadors
- Coordinate with the Steers Center of Global Real Estate and other Georgetown offices
- Manage outside vendors and contracts, such as catering
- Provide prospective and enrolling students with professional and persuasive information about GRA and MSB offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3–5 years of experience
- At least 2–3 years of direct experience building, auditing, and scaling automated workflows
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong team orientation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute with strong attention to detail
- Experience planning and managing a wide range of events and activities
- Results-first mindset and ownership of outcomes
- Ability to apply feedback to improve and grow
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver creative solutions
- Comfortable working in a large institution IT environment
