About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of all systems, software, and processes used for issuing payments, managing expense reports, and accepting payment
Supervision of the Analyst of Payables Systems and the Manager of Payment Systems & Compliance
Supervise processes regarding procurement cards
Supervise the review and reconciliation of procurement card transactions
Supervise and iterate improvements to the procurement card training program
Supervise Payment Card Industry (PCI) rules risk assessments
Supervise the creation of payment systems
Business process design and redesign, systems security, and management of interfaces between systems
Leadership on payables systems and utilization of existing systems
Manage integrations with banking partner and AI systems
Development and implementation of standard operating procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
6-8 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, business, or technology management
Project management and/or business process design experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, technology management, or related field (preferred)
Experience in a higher education environment (preferred)
Experience with project management (preferred)
Experience with travel & expense management (preferred)
Experience with corporate card administration and tools (preferred)
Experience with Workday Financials (preferred)
Experience with technology change management protocols (preferred)
