About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, yield, and enroll Full-time, Part-time, and Online MBA students
  • Manage all operations communications
  • Craft email language, determine appropriate audiences and deploy communications
  • Manage the Marketo marketing automation tool
  • Execute strategy related to marketing analytics reporting and lead scoring
  • Create content such as managing the MBA Admissions blog and video production
  • Support onboarding of new marketing technology, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Represent the school at global in-person and virtual recruitment events/webinars

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 4-6 years of experience within a corporate or university setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students, faculty and outside vendors
  • Must be comfortable working with technology, analyzing market data, learning new systems and have demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Experience with a CRM or marketing automation tool is preferred
