About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, yield, and enroll Full-time, Part-time, and Online MBA students
- Manage all operations communications
- Craft email language, determine appropriate audiences and deploy communications
- Manage the Marketo marketing automation tool
- Execute strategy related to marketing analytics reporting and lead scoring
- Create content such as managing the MBA Admissions blog and video production
- Support onboarding of new marketing technology, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Represent the school at global in-person and virtual recruitment events/webinars
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 4-6 years of experience within a corporate or university setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students, faculty and outside vendors
- Must be comfortable working with technology, analyzing market data, learning new systems and have demonstrated strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
- Experience with a CRM or marketing automation tool is preferred
