About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage event and communications for the Office of Alumni Affairs
- Plan and support Alumni-Student programming
- Provide support for planning and implementing various alumni events
- Manage alumni email account, phone, website, and social media presences
- Greet and welcome visitors to the O'Neill Alumni Welcome Center
- Assist with financial affairs and office management
- Oversee work-study students and provide support to alumni office staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience required (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
- Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities successfully
- Ability to assimilate data
- Excellent writing, speaking, clerical, and computer (MS Office Suite, database, and social media) skills
