About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

assists as a member of the merit-aid team in processing the paperwork and electronic submissions of merit-based financial aid for Main Campus graduate students
significant financial aid budget review, data entry and process navigation across multiple systems,
paperwork processing, and the enforcement and updating of financial aid policies and procedures
key position in the overall management of graduate and PhD student scholarships and awards
reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance.
works closely with the Graduate Program Director in Student Financial Services
collaborates with many other university offices including the Registrar's Office, Student Accounts, Student Financial Services, and others.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience required, Master's preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Adobe Pro and other general office collaboration tools
Advanced reporting, review and analysis skills to detect and troubleshoot errors
Experience in student information systems such as Banner
Experience working with modern finance and human resource products such as Workday
Excellent communication skills with a broad variety of audiences
