Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student affairs, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage events and student programs
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge and understanding of higher education organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary stakeholders
  • Knowledge of student wellbeing issues, particularly within high-intensity academic environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under time constraints
