About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and execute SOM events
- Collaborate with student organizations and student leaders to support programming that enhances engagement and professional development
- Support the development and implementation of student wellbeing initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student affairs, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage events and student programs
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge and understanding of higher education organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Knowledge of student wellbeing issues, particularly within high-intensity academic environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under time constraints
