About the role
- Design, operate, and support systems for student accounts and e-commerce solutions
- Manage the University’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program
- Provide oversight of the payment systems infrastructure and PCI compliance framework
- Manage annual PCI audits and support various service centers
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and create PCI-compliant payment sites
- Oversee security requirements and operations for merchant services
- Support cross-functional activities related to payment acceptance and processing
- Lead testing and implementation of new system functionalities
- Monitor activity to support Internal Audit and prevent fraud
- Serve as a data steward delegate overseeing access requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, business, or technology management
- Project management and/or business process design experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, technology management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in a higher education environment (preferred)
- Experience with project management (preferred)
- Experience with Workday Financials, Ellucian Banner AR, and Touchnet Marketplace and Bill+Payment (preferred)
- Experience with technology change management protocols (preferred)
