About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the functional specialist for the Real Estate Registration / Multi-Purpose Technical Cadastre (CTM).
Analyze and interpret urban planning, tax and cadastral legislation applicable to municipalities.
Lead requirements gathering and validation with clients (especially municipal governments).
Translate legal and functional demands into structured requirements for technical teams.
Support conceptual and logical data modeling (entity-relationship models), ensuring consistency with legislation and business rules.
Participate in technical discussions with development teams regarding data structures, integrations and system impacts.
Evaluate the impact of legal changes on the solution and propose appropriate adjustments.
Act as a mediator between internal departments (Product, Development, Implementation, Operations and Sales).
Back technical positions with sound reasoning and documented justification.
Lead functional and strategic meetings with clients.
Propose structural improvements to the cadastre model and associated processes.
Maintain focus on feasibility, delivery and results, balancing legal, technical and operational considerations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Geoprocessing, Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Geography, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven experience with Real Estate Cadastre or Multi-Purpose Technical Cadastre (CTM).
Experience with municipal legislation applicable to territorial cadastre and taxation.
Experience in requirements elicitation and functional documentation.
Ability to engage with technical teams on data modeling and structure.
Experience in client-facing meetings with a consultative profile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to argue positions and provide technical guidance.
Balanced, flexible attitude focused on collaborative solution-building.
