About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and engage the Customer Success team, strengthening a customer-centric culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze the area’s strategic KPIs, such as CSAT, NPS, churn, retention rate, lifetime value, revenue expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and service-level agreements (SLA).
  • Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding through renewal processes, ensuring a consultative, seamless and high-value experience.
  • Act proactively to identify risks related to customer churn, developing action plans and retention strategies.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with strategic areas such as Sales, Product, Support and Marketing to ensure alignment of initiatives and to strengthen the customer experience.
  • Lead executive and follow-up meetings with clients, presenting metrics, results, opportunities for improvement and continuous improvement plans.
  • Design, review and optimize internal processes to achieve scalability, operational efficiency and improved team performance.
  • Own the operational planning for the area, ensuring resources, direction and feasibility to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and perceived value, focusing on relationship management, technical quality and excellence in the delivered experience.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic management reports related to operational performance, service, retention and customer relationships.
  • Identify operational, financial and relationship risks within the area and implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management or related areas, with a strategic role in managing and developing customer portfolios.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics, identify opportunities and build strategies focused on retention, loyalty and business expansion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders and build executive-level relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Leadership profile with the ability to engage teams, develop talent and foster high-performance environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Architecture, Cartographic Engineering, Forestry, Environmental Science, Biology or related fields and/or proven experience in the area.
  • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
