• Correspond with internal staff and customers to resolve inquiries
• Contact customers to secure payment information, address disputes and/or provide necessary backup and documentation
• Form collection strategies to mitigate customer objections to making timely A/R payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions.
• Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and/or corrections to corporate billing records.

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop, create, and modify SaaS applications for GPS asset tracking and monitoring systems
• Develop web applications in .NET/C#

• Drive customer retention and satisfaction through scalable processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are represented and met.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze team performance metrics (utilization, retention, NPS, renewals) and drive continuous improvement.
