About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and manage assigned tickets within the Zoho queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or implement minor enhancements in existing reports
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy prior to stakeholder review
- Generate simple, ad hoc reports based on business needs
- Support ongoing reporting and data maintenance efforts across BI tools
- Shadow senior team members on meetings and complex data projects to build technical skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools (preferred)
- Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps (preferred)
