• Management of administrative and field teams;
• Responsible for leading client meetings to present results, with full technical mastery of the work performed and outcomes obtained;
• Maintain client relationships and prospect for new business;
• Ensure compliance with technical and legislative requirements;
• Maintain regular contact and provide feedback to executive leadership regarding project status;
• Monitor project area productivity; prepare and control schedules;
• Financial planning and control (payments and forecasting of activities with project costs);
• Control of billing and measurements;
• Manage deadlines and deliverables (reports/field activities);
• Maintain frequent contact with site supervision and execution teams;
• Review and correction of complex/strategic reports.
