About the role

  • Acquisition and onboarding of new customers
  • Conduct needs analyses in face-to-face meetings, present suitable solutions and win over new customers with clear arguments
  • Account management and support of our existing customers
  • Application and product demonstrations on construction sites
  • Professional approach to daily sales activities
  • You will be thoroughly prepared for your responsibilities through our comprehensive onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field sales
  • Enjoy practical work and possess technical understanding — ideally some hands-on experience with building technology, trades/craftsmanship, or surveying
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to be on the road daily for field assignments
  • Empathy, strong closing skills and the ability to inspire trade partners and end users with products and solutions
  • Self-initiative, ambition and discipline — you work independently, are resilient and are not put off by a "no"
  • Excellent communication skills and business-fluent German, both spoken and written
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets and celebrate successes.
