About the role
- Acquisition and onboarding of new customers
- Conduct needs analyses in face-to-face meetings, present suitable solutions and win over new customers with clear arguments
- Account management and support of our existing customers
- Application and product demonstrations on construction sites
- Professional approach to daily sales activities
- You will be thoroughly prepared for your responsibilities through our comprehensive onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field sales
- Enjoy practical work and possess technical understanding — ideally some hands-on experience with building technology, trades/craftsmanship, or surveying
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to be on the road daily for field assignments
- Empathy, strong closing skills and the ability to inspire trade partners and end users with products and solutions
- Self-initiative, ambition and discipline — you work independently, are resilient and are not put off by a "no"
- Excellent communication skills and business-fluent German, both spoken and written
- Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets and celebrate successes.
