About the role
- Design clear and intuitive information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to define user interactions and workflows.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
- Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms that support user needs and goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Conduct user testing throughout the design process to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create prototype development to test product features, and product ideas.
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience as a strategic UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of designing and developing successful digital products across the web, mobile, and tablets.
- The ability to seek clarity in highly ambiguous work streams, align team around common goals, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Full Stack Skills: Proficiency in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and vibe coding tools.
- Outcome-centered Approach: A strong understanding of outcome-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Prototyping Tools: Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma make etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience across the web, mobile and tablet platforms.
- Experience with user testing platforms like usertesting.com or other analytics tools.
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
