About the role
- Join us on a mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience.
- As a Regional Vice President at CareScout, you will play a critical role in the execution of CareScout’s strategic growth and external-facing activities.
- Identify, recruit, and enroll providers for the CareScout Quality Network (CQN).
- Manage territory including Home Care and Assisted Living provider recruitment, cultivation, and ongoing provider management & success.
- Lead a small team; coach and develop territory team members.
- Prospect, qualify, and contract with national and regional LTC providers.
- Manage provider sales and management process, including due diligence, competitive analysis, performance reviews, facilitating compliant resolution.
- Host webinars, conference calls and other virtual events for LTC providers.
- Significant travel (50%+) throughout the West territory and periodic travel to New York and/or Richmond.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Customer-first mindset with 10+ years in sales/sales leadership
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care or aging-related organizations preferred
- Comfortability in adapting to new experiences and change with a proven track record of working independently and driving change while also contributing as a team member.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross–functionally across business units i.e., product, marketing, sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
