About the role
- Support the Field Team Network by assisting with administrative duties
- Perform administrative tasks: email communications, contact Field Team Partners for information/documentation, take meeting notes, organize document storage
- Review current processes, including live observation, and update documentation for process improvements
- Participate in time studies and shadow team members to document tasks/time spent
- Perform quality reviews of calls or transactions to support customer service excellence
- Other projects/tasks to support the business aligned with applicant's skills or growth
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors
- Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
- Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions
