Support the Field Team Network by assisting with administrative duties
Perform administrative tasks: email communications, contact Field Team Partners for information/documentation, take meeting notes, organize document storage
Review current processes, including live observation, and update documentation for process improvements
Participate in time studies and shadow team members to document tasks/time spent
Perform quality reviews of calls or transactions to support customer service excellence
Other projects/tasks to support the business aligned with applicant's skills or growth
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors
Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions
